| /* Smart & Sexy */

Congratulations to my Trammie Tram Tram (I don't know why I just called her that; that's a first) for passing the Bar on her first try. I think I got myself a suga momma. Yessssssss. Doesn't the title sound like a sophisticated alcoholic cocktail? "Well hello Ms. bartenderess. Two Smart & Sexy's please." I don't know what's in it or what it tastes like, but it sounds fuckin' good! You heard it here first and I'm claiming copyright and trademark rights to that B-I-H's.

| /* Am I Odd or Not
*/ Since I cannot contain my curiousity with the following subject, I felt compelled to come out of my xanga hibernation and write a xanga post with the hope that any readers will provide their input (i.e. please reply).
Facts: 1. Roommate asked to borrow a pair of socks for his halloween costume 2. The requested socks can reasonbly said to be one of my favorite pairs (I'm a sock guy; what I wear is often determined by which pair of socks I pick) 3. I denied his request because I honestly felt uncomfortable with the thought of wearing the socks after he has worn them. I would probably never wear them again or just buy a new pair.
Issue: 1. Whether it is odd that I am not comfortable with others borrowing and wearing my clothes
After recounting the story to Tram, she concluded that I was weird for denying my roomate my socks. That's perfectly ok since she is entitled to her opinion, but I think her conlusion is based on the assumption that there is no difference between female sharing of clothing and male sharing of clothing. I respectfully disagree because I think males ordinarily do not share clothes with each other. If I see a friend with a shirt or a pair of jeans I like, I don't ask him if I can borrow them. Nor do I get requests from others to borrow my clothes. When guys go out we do not scour each other's wardrobes looking for something some cool threads to rock. So, because I think that guys usually do not borrow each others clothes, it is not odd to not want to let others borrow my clothes.
Some of you might argue that it's not a big deal because you can just wash the item aftewards and it will be dandy. So, would you allow others to borrow your underwear? swim suit? bra? I mean, you can just wash it afterwards and it'll be just dandy, right? Arguable the human foot is just as dirty or even more dirty than one's crotch or ass so if you can't make that argument if you distinguish between underwear and socks.
Furthermore, those who do not think it is not odd to lend one's socks to another based on this argument, would lend the socks to any person. You would lend it to the athlete who's feet are on fire due to an infestation of athlete's foot. You would lend it to Patrick Ewing. You would lend it to the homeless person at the corner with holding the sign "Will work to borrow socks." You would lend it to a person with corns, scabs, and herpes of the foot. You can just wash it afterwards and it'll be dandy.
If lending socks/clothes is not a big deal to you based on you-can-wash-if-afterwards rationale, it follows that you would permit two people bump n' grind on your bed because you can just wash the sheets afterwards. Shoot, you would allow a bukkake party on your bed.
If you have no problem with others borrowing your socks, shoes, t-shirts, pants, hat, etc., but you would not let them borrow your underwear, then what is your reason for allowing the former, but not allowing the latter?
Perhaps some will automatically think I am odd just from the reason that what I choose to wear is based on which pair of socks I pick. Cool, but let's restrict the labelling of "oddness" on the issue of letting others borrow one's clothing.
So, am I odd or not?

| /* Europa II
*/ Here is the second installment of pictures from our Europe trip. This one is much more exciting than the last one since it is not 75% pictures of food. This experience is best enjoyed with a maximized browser window so the largest pictures load up and you can take in my ridiculously badass photos. Enjoy. Critiques and comments are always welcomed.

| /* Europa
*/ The first installment of pictures from Tram's and my first trip ever to Europe. We spent about 13 days visiting Rome, Florence, Nice, Marseille, Aix En Provence, and Paris. Not exactly a relaxing vacation, but enjoyable nonetheless. We ate wonderful food, drank great wine, sightsaw, and, of course, took heaps of pictures. More to come (650+ photos left to go through) as time permits.
